We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Analyst with a passion for data, experimentation, and digital optimisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly analytical, and enjoys working at the intersection of product, data, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Leverage advanced Web Analytics tools (especially Google Analytics 4) to monitor and evaluate user behaviour across digital platforms.
- Create compelling, data-driven dashboards using platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Looker.
- Design and analyse experiments using MVT, A/B testing, and other analytics tools such as Optimizely.
- Apply robust experimentation methodology, including hypothesis design, sample size calculation, test duration planning, and statistical significance analysis.
- Query and manipulate large datasets using BigQuery and SQL to extract actionable insights.
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data insights and product decisions.
- Collaborate across product, design, engineering, and marketing teams to support data-led decision making.
- Contribute to the evolution of analytics processes in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Strong experience with web analytics tools, especially GA4.
- Proficiency with dashboarding and data visualisation platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Looker.
- Hands-on experience with experimentation platforms (e.g. Optimizely) and a strong understanding of the MVT/A/B testing lifecycle.
- Proficient in SQL and experience working with Google BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Commercially minded with excellent problem-solving and numerical analysis capabilities.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage ambiguity, and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
