Product Manager

I’m working with a global eCommerce brand with a fiercely loyal customer base, and they’re about to launch a brand-new marketplace that will be a game changer for the business.
They’re hiring a Product Manager to take this from 0→1—owning the launch and building something completely new within an already successful, profitable company.
You’ll report directly to an influential and product-first CPO, working in a high-trust, low-ego culture that values autonomy, learning, and real impact. There’s a huge opportunity here to shape the product, explore new markets, and build a team around you over time.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the launch of the marketplace product
• Running workshops and collaborating cross-functionally
• Defining the roadmap, scoping requirements, and integrating internal systems
• Experimenting, analysing performance, and improving user journeys
• Building partnerships with 3rd parties to scale the platform
• Rethinking how the business delivers value to its customers

What we’re looking for

• A customer-centric, data-led Product Manager
• eCommerce experience—B2C or B2B—ideally in a high-growth environment
• Confident using tools like Jira, journey mapping, and writing user stories
• Someone pragmatic, hands-on, and excited by building from scratch
• Clear thinking around prioritisation and driving measurable impact
