SailPoint IdentityIQ SME – Developer / Business Analyst | Remote (India) | 6-Month Rolling | 2-Year Programme

Xcede are exclusively recruiting 8 SailPoint subject-matter experts for a global IT services partner delivering a two-year Identity Governance & Administration transformation for a world-leading high-tech manufacturer based in the Netherlands.
This is a hybrid role combining hands-on SailPoint development with business analysis. You will work fully remotely from India on Netherlands hours, as part of an IAM Agile Release Train.

Responsibilities

• Act as a SailPoint subject-matter expert across both technical delivery and business analysis
• Support the migration of identity governance processes and applications onto SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Run requirements sessions and interviews with application owners and business stakeholders, translating needs into Epics and User Stories
• Map, document and improve IGA processes (onboarding, access requests, certifications, role models)
• Contribute hands-on to configuration, rules, workflows and connector/integration work
• Produce clear user documentation, process overviews and stakeholder communications

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in Identity & Access Management
• Thorough knowledge of, and hands-on experience with, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes – joiner/mover/leaver, access requests, certifications, role management
• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (or comparable IGA tooling)
• Experience delivering migration projects from one IGA solution to another
• Experience gathering requirements through research, workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Able to summarise and communicate technical information clearly to a non-technical audience
• Experience defining and executing stakeholder communication plans
• Sound understanding of security technologies, best practices and security policy frameworks
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Excellent written and spoken English; Dutch is a plus

Desirable

• Scripting / programming experience: Java, BeanShell, JavaScript
• Strong SailPoint integration experience: LDAP, web services (REST/SOAP), SCIM, databases, SaaS applications (e.g. Okta), Workday, SAP Suite
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure and Linux servers
• SailPoint certification (IdentityIQ Engineer / Architect)

Contract

• 8 positions, ASAP start
• 6-month rolling contracts across a 2-year programme
• Fully remote from India, Netherlands working hours
