About the Technical Account Manager:
The Technical Account Manager will plan, design, build and deploy OT Security solutions to meet the client’s objectives and requirements, while enabling value.
Responsibilities:
Working alongside partners, you will perform as an Architect for the Customers for all their technical requirements. This will require the identification of areas of improvement in products and services based on customer feedback and industry direction. You will develop artefacts, documentation, etc. to optimize services, increase product value and create value for customers.
Skills Required:
To be successful in this role you will have strong Networking (equivalent to CCNP) and Linux skills.
Experience of deploying solutions in OT environments is desirable.
The position will require occasional travel to customer sites.
